Receta Braise Chicken And Vegetables
I just tried this recipe and it is to die For, Its really good. Try it and tell me what u think
Ingredientes
- 4 Boneless Chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups of any type of white wine/ i chose Moscato
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar make whole if you want a little sweeter
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup of cooking oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- Cooked brown or white rice
- 2 cups of squash, bell peppers,onions,and carrots
Direcciones
- First clean chicken and season lightly with whatever you desire.
- preheat oil and butter together in a skillet
- then mix flour with salt and pepper
- Once oil gets hot, add chicken
- brown on both sides
- meanwhile in a bowl add all remaining ingredients
- once browned off add half of mixture. let cook on high with constant stirring. add remaining mixture cooking on low. keep an eye it will stick if not. simmer for about 45 mins
- if sauce boils out add a little water or wine.
- Saute veggies
- Serve over white or brown rice with mixed veggies.
- Enjoy!
