Receta Creamy Chicken And Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 4 x Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves Garlic pwdr Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1 bag frzn vegetable combination, (16 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic pwdr. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet for one minute. Brown chicken in skillet. Set aside. Add in soup, lowfat milk, lemon juice and basil leaves to skillet. Stir in vegetables. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat till chicken is done, about 15 min.
