Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 lrg Stalks Celery, in 2" pcs
- 1 sm Red Pepper, in 1" squares
- 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
- 1 cl Garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add in celery; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 min. Add in red pepper, broth, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. bring to a boil. reduce heat to low; cover and cook 6 min.
- Increase heat to medium-high; cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 4 to 6 min or possibly till most of the liquid had evaporated and the vegetables are tender and glazed.
