Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. corn oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. bran
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. raisins, nuts, or possibly dates
Direcciones
- To well beaten Large eggs, add in sugar and oil. Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr, and soda together. Add in bran. Stir into egg mix alternately with lowfat milk.
- Batter will be thin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 22 min. Batter will keep a week in refrigerator. Bake as needed.
