Receta Bratwurst & Granny Smith Salad
A great side for that weekend BBQ or as a light lunch on it's own.
Ingredientes
- 1 pound bratwurst
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled,cored and coarsely grated
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet or sour pickle
Direcciones
- Preheat broiler
- . Place bratwurst on a baking sheet or broiler pan.
- Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes or until heated through and nicely browned, turning bratwurst once.
- When cool enough to handle, quarter bratwurst lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the apple, sour cream, horseradish,lemon juice and salt.
- Add bratwurst,parsley, and pickle; stir to combine and coat evenly.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
