Receta Bread Dumplings (Semmelknoedel)

Ingredientes
- 10 x Buns,older ones are good
- 2 1/8 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 bn Parsley
- 1 1/2 ounce Butter
- 2 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- 1.Cut the buns into thin slices. 2. Heat the lowfat milk and pour over bun slices. 3.Cut onion and parsley real fine and with the salt add in to bread. 4.Put butter and Large eggs in a bowl and cream with a mixer till foamy.
- 5.Mix all together with hands and form small dumplings. 6.Bring 2 liters of salted water to a boil and let the dumplings simmer in it about 10 minutes.
- 7.Drain and keep hot untill serving. Translated
