Receta Bread Pudding With Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. cubed French bread
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Scald lowfat milk. Heat butter in lowfat milk and stir in sugar. Pour over bread and raisins, let stand about 15 min. Add in Large eggs, salt, nutmeg, vanilla and coconut. Bake in well greased baking pan at 350 degrees for 45 min. Serve with sauce.
