Ingredientes
- 5 lbs butter or margarine
- 3 lbs chopped celery
- 3 lbs chopped onion
- 20 lbs bread cubes
- 3.5 gals chicken stock
- 2 cups chopped parsely
- 1 1/4 cup poultry seasoning
Direcciones
- Saute celery and onion in butter
- Add bread cubes, stock, parsely, poultry seasoning and mix well
- Pan in 4 inch half-size steamable pans
- Bake at 350 degrees F until browned and minimum internal temperature reaches 165 F or higher for 15 seconds
- Hold for service
