Ingredientes

5 lbs butter or margarine
3 lbs chopped celery
3 lbs chopped onion
20 lbs bread cubes
3.5 gals chicken stock
2 cups chopped parsely
1 1/4 cup poultry seasoning

Direcciones

Saute celery and onion in butter
Add bread cubes, stock, parsely, poultry seasoning and mix well
Pan in 4 inch half-size steamable pans
Bake at 350 degrees F until browned and minimum internal temperature reaches 165 F or higher for 15 seconds
Hold for service
