Receta Breaded Beef Cutlets

Ingredientes
- 1 pound beef cutlets (thinly sliced)
- 4 large eggs
- 5 T Romano cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. corn oil
- healthy pinch of black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 2 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, beat large eggs, cheese, parsley, salt, garlic pwdr and black pepper together. Coat beef cutlets with this egg mix. Then take cutlets out of egg mix and bread with plain bread crumbs. In 8 inch frying pan, heat 1/4 cup corn oil till very hot. (Use additional corn oil when necessary.) Fry breaded cutlets till golden or possibly bake at 375 degrees till golden. Serves 6 to 8.
