Receta Breakfast Fruit Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Uncooked oatmeal
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 ounce Diced dry mixed fruit
- 2 Tbsp. Oats
Direcciones
- Combine 1 1/2 c. oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt. Combine juice, oil, egg and vanilla and add in to dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in fruit. Spread into a 13x9 inch pan which has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining oats. Bake at 375 for 20-22 min or possibly till lightly browned and edges pull away from sides of pan. Cold completely. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered. (Bars may also be frzn in individual bags. Thaw at room temperature or possibly microwave on high for 30 seconds per bar.)
