Receta Breakfast Sausage Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 lb warm or possibly mild pork sausage
- 1 pkt refrigerated crescent rolls - (8 count)
- 1 c. frzn loose-pack hashbrowns thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain sausage, breaking up lumps.
- Separate rolls and fan out to cover bottom of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Press over bottom; seal any cracks. Sprinkle with sausage, potatoes, and cheese.
- Beat Large eggs and spices and pour over sausage mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 25 to 30 min.
