Ingredientes
- 1 roll sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
- Assorted fruits (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc.)
- Glaze (recipe listed below)
Direcciones
- Spray pizza pan with Pam. slice and arrange dough on pan. Bake according to directions. Let cold. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over crust. Chill for 30 min. Arrange fruit on pie. Prepare glaze and cook till thickened. Cold completely and pour over pie. Refrigeratetill completely set.
