- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 lb butter fruit, your choice

- Mix together flour, sugar and lowfat milk.
- cook fruit on stovce and sweeten to taste.
- Heat butter in baking dish. Pour fruit in baking dish. Pour batter in center of fruit. Bake in oven about 30 to 35 min at 400 degrees.
