- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 med Onion, minced
- 6 clv garlic, finely chopped
- 1 x 2 Jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 c. Chili sauce
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. Coffee, strong
- 1/2 c. Molasses, dark
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Brown mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, garlic and jalapeno's till soft.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 45 min.
- Served hot or possibly at room temp.
