- 2 c. croutons
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread croutons over the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt, pepper and onion pwdr. Pour over cheese. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till center is set. Serve hot.
