And I love broccoli and we can prepare in many ways!

  1. Cut meat in pieces 1 1/2 inches long by 1/4 inch thick. Combine soy sauce, sherry, ginger, sugar, garlic, cornstarch and water.
  2. Mix well. Add meat to marinade and let stand 1 hour.
  3. Place 1/4 cup oil in pan and cook onions and broccoli for 1 minute, remove from pan and dry pan.
  4. Cook drained meat in 1/4 cup oil until brown (1 minute). Add juice until thickened.
  5. Add vegetables. Serve over rice.
