- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) frzn minced broccoli, thawed
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 4 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well and spoon into muffin tin which has been sprayed with Baker's Joy.Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till done.
