Receta Broccoli Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can semi condensed savory cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 10 ounce. pkg. minced broccoli, thawed, liquid removed
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, Miracle Whip, lemon juice and seasonings in small pan. Bring to boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Combine 1/2 soup mix with the rice. Spread in a greased shallow casserole.
- Drain broccoli well and spread over rice mix. Arrange chicken over broccoli. Top with remaining soup mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for additional 5 min till cheese melts.
