- 1 (16 ounce) cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) frzn minced broccoli
- 4 beaten large eggs
- 1 block butter
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Direcciones
- Heat butter, thaw broccoli; add in all the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased glass baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
