- 1. Add in Frzn BROCCOLI TO SALTED WATER; RETURN TO A BOIL; COOK UNCOVERED, FOR3 Min. COVER; REDUCE HEAT; COOK 7 TO 9 Min Or possibly Till JUST TENDER.
- DRAIN; PLACE AN EQUAL QUANTITY IN EACH PAN.
- 2. BROWN CRUMBS IN BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE. SPRINKLE 1 C. CRUMBS OVER BROCCOLIIN EACH PAN.
- 3. GARNISH WITH HARD COOKED Large eggs.
