Receta Broccoli Slaw

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt (10-ounce.) frzn minced broccoli
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 1 c. Finely minced stuffed olives
- 3 x Hard cooked Large eggs,, finely minced
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Thaw broccoli in package. Cook in 1 c. boiling water with salt for 2 min. Pour in colander and let drain for about 30 min. Combine liquid removed broccoli minced celery, onions, olives and Large eggs. Fold in mayonnaise. (If you like 1/2 to 3/4 c. ranch dressing may be substituted for mayonnaise). Place in covered container and chill overnight before using. Keeps well.
