Receta Broiled Cheddar And Egg Salad Buns

Ingredientes
- 8 x Large eggs, Lg,HardCooked, Minced
- 2 c. Cheddar, Sharp, Shredded
- 1 c. Green Bell Pepper, Minced
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk, Evaporated
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3 x Sandwich Buns Or possibly Rolls, *
- 3 Tbsp. Onion, Grated
- 3 Tbsp. Mustard, Prepared
Direcciones
- * The buns or possibly rolls should be split, toasted and buttered.
- Combine the Large eggs, cheddar, green pepper, onion, evaporated lowfat milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Spread each bun with about 1/4 c. of the egg mix. Broil about 5 inches from the heat source till warm and cheese is melted, about 5 min.
- Serve warm.
