Receta Broiled Salmon With Lime And Cilantro

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Cilantro leaves,finely chopp
- 1 x Garlic clove,lg,fine minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 x Salmon steaks,3/4" thick
Direcciones
- 1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt in bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp.. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 min.
- 2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 Tbsp. marinade.
- 3. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 min. Turn steaks over. Brush with remaining Tbsp. marinade. Broil 3 more min or possibly till cooked through.
