Receta Broiled Shrimp With Tarragon

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg sweet onion peeled, minced
- 4 x cloves garlic peeled, chopped
- 1/3 c. fresh tarragon finely minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 doz shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Juice from 1 lemon
Direcciones
- Place minced onion into a heavy skillet. Add in a small amount of water and cook the onion till translucent/soft. Add in the garlic, tarragon and salt. Mix well. Cover the skillet and remove it from heat.
- Skewer the shrimp and brush with oil. Place on broiler rack or possibly grill over high heat, turning once till shrimp are pink. Add in to onion mix and stir. Top with juice from lemon. Serve in a decorative bowl.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
