Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. brown rice
- 1 tsp nonfat chicken broth (powdered form)
- 1 c. water then add in
- 1 x carrot peeled and minced
- 1 x potato
- 3/4 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/3 tsp red pepper flakes about 3 mushrooms diced
- 1 sm onion
- 1 sm anaheim chili pepper
- 2 ounce minced turkey cooked or possibly chicken breast
- 2/3 c. frzn peas

- Here is the recipe you asked about, really I just threw in what I had in the veggie drawer ;-) You should probably double it, I just made sufficient for 2 lunches. [Diane]
- Bring first ingred to a boil. Then add in remaining ingreds, except for the peas.
- Simmer till the rice is cooked.
- Then add in 2/3 c frzn peas and let stand till the peas are warmed.
