Receta Brown Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Brown rice
- 10 Tbsp. Apple juice, frzn Concentrate
- 1 1/2 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Raisins -- optional Slivered almonds -- Optional
Direcciones
- Cook rice as usual, but replace 6 Tbsp. water with 6 Tbsp. juice concentrate. Beat the rest (not nuts) together in pot. Fold in rice . Cook 8-10 minutes. until thick, wtirring. Spoon into dishes and chill. Sprinkle with nuts, if you like.
