Receta Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 5 x Large eggs, separated
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Cream shortening. Add in sugars and beat well. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk. Add in pecans and vanilla extract. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hrs in preheated 325 degree F oven.
