Ingredientes
- 1 jar (8 ounce) Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 c. Peach Jam
- 1/2 c. Bourbon

- In a saucepan, dissolve peach jam over low heat. Stir in mustard and bourbon till mix is a smooth, medium consistency. This can be used as a glaze if you are using indirect heat, or possibly as a finishing sauce. Very Good!!!
