Ingredientes
- cool cooked meat any vegetables oil Batter
- 2 c. self raising flour
- 1 pch salt lowfat milk
- 1 x egg
Direcciones
- Place flour, salt and egg in a bowl.
- Mix well, slowly adding a little lowfat milk at a time till you have a smooth batter.
- Mince all your meat and vegetables up together and mix into the batter.
- Have oil warm in saucepan or possibly camp oven, then spoon the mix in.
- Turn them when edges look lik crumpets which are bubbly.
- Fry til golden.
- Tip
- Serve with bacon and Large eggs for a very filling meal
