Receta Brussel Sprouts With Garlic And Bacon

Ingredientes
- 400 gm Frzn sprouts, (13oz)
- 50 gm Butter, (2oz)
- 125 gm Unsmoked bacon, minced (4oz)
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Cook the sprouts according to the pack instructions.
- Heat the butter in a large saucepan.
- Add in bacon, fry for 2-3 min.
- Add in the garlic and fry for a further minute.
- Add in the cooked sprouts, cook for 2-3 min till the sprouts begin to colour.
- Season and serve.
- NOTES : A delicious treat for sprouts!
