Receta Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Garlic
If you have bacon and brussels sprouts you can easily make this recipe. I found this recipe, tried today and it was good.
Ingredientes
- 1 lbs brussels sprouts
- 1/3 cup chopped bacon
- 1/2 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp oilve oil
- salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Cut brussels sprouts into halves.
- Put them into a pan as one layer, sprinkle olive oil.
- Fry for 3 mins, then turn.
- Add bacon, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover pan and fry for another 7-10 mins.
