- 1/4 c. Sunflower Oil
- 6 lb Grnd Buffalo Meat
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 3 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Chopped Garlic
- 3/4 c. Green Bell Pepper
- 3/4 c. Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 c. Green Chili Peppers
- 3/4 c. Jalapeno Peppers
- 5 c. Tomato Sauce
- 3 x Diced Onions
- 1/2 c. Beef Broth
- 1/2 c. Paprika
- 1/2 c. Chili Pwdr
- 6 Tbsp. Grnd Cumin
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Oregano
- 2 tsp Dry Chilies
Direcciones
- Saute/fry Buffalo meat, sunflower oil and flour together till meat is cooked.
- Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
