Receta Bulgar With Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Water
- 1 c. Bulgar
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x White onion - minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 stalk celery - minced
- 1/2 c. Red bell pepper - sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp Warm chili paste
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 c. Frzn peas - thawed
- 1/2 c. Parsley - minced
- 1 c. Shredded carrots Lemon juice Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Directions: Boil water and pour over bulgar. Set aside for 10 min. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute/fry onion, garlic, celery, and bell pepper for about 4 min. Add in hoisin, chili paste and soy sauce. Cook for 3 min. Drain bulgar. Add in to pan along with peas, parsley, carrots, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 min till heated through.
