Ingredientes
- 4 c. black-eyed peas
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic lemon, juice
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 c. minced green onion
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch pepper water
Direcciones
- Soak black-eyed peas in a salt water solution for about one hour.
- Saute/fry garlic, onions, chives, and parsley in extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Add in peas, turmeric, salt, and pepper to saute/fry mix.
- Saute/fry for about 30 min adding water when necessary.
