Receta Burning Love Chocolate Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 x unsweetened chocolate squares
- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 2 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pt heavy cream
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr

- A very rich and decadent cake. Great for a diner party or possibly Valentine's day treat. Sinfully Rich!
- Heat chocolate in a small bowl over warm (warm boiling) water and cold.
- Grease and flour two 9x11/2-inch pans.
- Tap out excess flour.
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt onto waxed paper.
- Preheat oven to 350.Beat butter, sugar and Large eggs in a large bowl with electric mixer on high speed till light and fluffy.
- Beat in vanilla and cooled chocolate.
- Stir in dry ingredients, alternating with lowfat sour cream and beating well with a spoon till smooth.
- Stir in water (Batter will be thin).
- Pour into pans.
- Bake for 35 min or possibly till centers spring back when lightly pressed with fingertips.
- Cold in pans 10 min, then turn on wire racks and cold completely.
- Split each layer in half crosswise to make 4 thin layers.
- Fill and frost with Whipped Cocoa Cream.
- Chill.
- To make Whipped Cocoa Cream combine listed ingredients in a chilled medium size bowl.
- Whip ingredients in chilled medium bowl with chilled beaters till stiff.
- You can quickly refrigeratethe empty bowl and beaters by putting them in the freezer for 15 min or possibly so while the cake is cooling.
