Ingredients: 2 c. powdered sugar; 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk; 2/3 c. chocolate chips; 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine; 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted; 1 lb chocolate Oreo cookies; 1/2 c. butter, melted; 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts; 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream

Ingredientes

2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
1 lb chocolate Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream

Direcciones

Mix first four ingredients together and boil for 8 min, stirring constantly. Set aside: allow to cold. Crush the Oreo cookies; add in melted butter and spread in a 9x13-inch pan. Chill till good and hard.
Sprinkle peanuts on top of Oreos, then spread softened vanilla ice cream on. Next pour the cooked chocolate mix on ice cream. Freeze.
