- 1/2 x green bell pepper diced
- 1/2 x red onion minced
- 2 x garlic cloves peeled, chopped

- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg lemon juiced Coarse salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
