Receta Butter Lettuce Salad
This is one of my favorite salads. Every time I make everyone says I'm the best salad maker.
Ingredientes
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup slivered and toasted almonds
- 1 small can mandarin orange segments
- Dressing:
- 1/2 c salad oil (I like to use peanut oil)
- 3/4 c rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 1 glove garlic minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
Direcciones
- Wash lettuce. Remove stem. Tear into bit size pieces into salad bowl. Open can of mandarin oranges. Drain and toss into salad. Peel avocado and cut up and add to salad. Add toasted almonds to salad. Make dressing and shake well and toss over salad.
