Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 T butter
- 1 T lemon juice or possibly other flavoring
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs, sugar and butter together. Add in lowfat milk and flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake in hot 425 degree oven till knife comes out clean when inserted into custard.
