  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 c. Oats quick or possibly regular
  • 1 x 6 ounce. packag butterscotch morsels
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 3 med Baking apples
  • 1 c. Flaked or possibly shredded coconut
  • 1 c. Walnuts coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Peel, core and coarsely chop the apples. Heat butter in 13x9-inch oven.
  2. Stir in oats. Mix well; spread proportionately over bottom of pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 min. Meanwhile, heat buttersotch morsels with lowfat milk over double boiler or possibly in microwave. Layer apples over oats; drizzle proportionately with butterscotch mix. Top with coconutand nuts, pressing down gently. Bake at 325 F for 25 to 35 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Cold thoroughly.
  3. Cut into bars.
  4. Serves 16.
