Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. corn or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 med. green pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. celery
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pound freshly cooked shrimp
Direcciones
- Cook onion, pepper, garlic and celery in oil. Cook over medium heat 5 min. Add in tomato sauce. Simmer 10 min. Add in shrimp. Heat 5 min. Serve over warm long grain rice.
