- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Besan | Gram flour (1)
- 1 Tbsp thick Curd
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- Few coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Few mint leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- To Grind
- 1.5 Cups Channa dal, soaked for about 2 hrs
- 3-4 no's Green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 no's shallots
