  • 9/10 kg savoy cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 40 gm butter
  • 1 clv garlic crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 x salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a large pan add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the cabbage and cook gently covered for 15 min stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the caraway seeds and cook for 5 min.
  5. Season to taste and serve immediately.
  6. Serves 6
