  2. Puree till smooth.
  3. Slowly add in oil while mixing.
  4. When serving sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of salads, 1/2 tsp. per salad.
  5. For the Salad:Toast & cube whole wheat bread.
  6. Chop romaine lettuce, toss with dressing & top with cubed bread (croutons).
  7. This Basic Caesar Dressing makes 8 servings.
