Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. grnd espresso-blend coffee
- 6 ounce warm water, 200 degrees
- 6 ounce lowfat milk, or possibly lowfat milk substitute

- Brew coffee according to coffeemaker's instructions. Steam or possibly scald lowfat milk, soymilk or possibly nondairy creamer according to method of choice.* Pour lowfat milk into large mug or possibly French coffee "bowl." Add in coffee; top with lowfat milk cap.
- Makes 1large serving or possibly two smaller servings. 6 grams of fat per c.. Variation: add in a shot of flavored syrup or possibly an extract such as vanilla, orange or possibly chocolate; 1/4 tsp. grnd cinnamon, nutmeg or possibly ginger; 1/8 tsp. fresh lemon or possibly orange zest; or possibly 1 grnd clove. For adult entertainment, add in a drop or possibly two of anise-flavored liqeur, brandy or possibly rum.
