Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 3 c. Nuts (pecan halves, almonds, whatever)
  • 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Pure chile pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
  • 1/4 c. Cider vinegar Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. 350F. Heat the butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add in nuts and saute/fry till lightly browned (2-3 min). Add in the brown sugar and continue cooking till lichtly caramelized. Stir in the paprika, chile pwdr and cumin. Add in vinegar and cook till all liquid evaporates. Season with salt. Spread in a single layer on a flat sheet and bake till crisp, 3-5 min. Will keep indefinitely if well sealed.
