Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 2 c. granulated sugar (1 + 1)
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla (1/2 + 1)
  • 1 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 7 ounce sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 6 ounce evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sift together flour and baking pwdr. Set aside. Cream butter and 1 c. sugar till fluffy. Add in Large eggs* and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat well. Add in flour to butter mix 2 Tbsp. at a time, mixing well till blended after each addition.
  2. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 minutes**. When cake has finished baking, pierce it in several places with a fork and allow to cold. Combine the 3 milks together and pour over the top of the cooled cake. Just before serving, whip the heavy cream, 1 tsp. of vanilla and the remaining 1 c. of sugar together till thick. Spread over the top of the cake. Keep the cake refrigerated.
