Ingredientes
- 4 med yellow squash
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 2 med minced tomatoes
- 1 x minced green chili
Direcciones
- Fry squash till tender. Don't peel. Add in onions, chili, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for about 7 min. Add in a c. of grated cheese for a variation.
