Ingredients: 1/2 c. Shortening; 3/4 c. Granulated Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Baking Soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Nutmeg; 1 c. Canned Applesauce; 1 pkt Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bits; 1/2 c. Raisins; 1/2 c. Minced Nuts

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Shortening
3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 c. Canned Applesauce
1 pkt Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bits
1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Minced Nuts

Direcciones

Cream shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs and beat. Add in dry ingredients alternately with applesauce and beat. Add in remaining ingredients and mix.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 3 inch pan in a 350 degree oven for 40 min.
Cold in pan and sift confectioner's sugar lightly over the top
