Receta Italian Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stk margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 5 x egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 x (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp lemon juice
Direcciones
- Have Large eggs at room temperature, separated. Beat white first. Mix sugar, margarine, Crisco and yolks well. Add in buttermilk and flour alternately.
- Mix in 5 egg whites. Add in nuts, coconut and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
- ICING:Have cheese at room temperature. Add in remaining ingredients, blending well.
- Ice cake.
